分析：挖沙船的潤滑油該如何選用？

      挖沙船具有成本低、工作效率高、操作方便等特點，可同時完成對沙石的抽取、過濾篩選及分離等工序?？梢砸淮涡陨a(chǎn)出合格的產(chǎn)品，尤其針對水面寬闊且水下資源豐富的河道、池塘及廢棄的挖沙廠更是特別的適合采用挖沙船進行挖沙作業(yè)。挖沙船的種類很多，從挖沙方式上可分為機械挖沙和吸揚式挖沙兩大類。挖沙機械比較笨重，不像其他小型機械那樣靈活，潤滑油可以使挖沙船的各部件能夠更好的協(xié)調(diào)運行，因此我們更加要注意潤滑油的選用。

      挖沙船多半采用露天作業(yè)，我國北方地區(qū)的冬夏季溫差變化較大，有的地方晝夜溫差變化也很大，因此我們要選用粘度隨溫差變化較小的潤滑油。潤滑油的黏度隨溫差變化小，可以形成很好的潤滑油膜，對挖沙船的各部件起到很好的潤滑作用，以避免挖沙船啟動、運轉(zhuǎn)困難。

      如果在火災(zāi)或者爆炸事故易發(fā)的地段作業(yè)，挖沙船一定要使用抗燃性好的潤滑劑，不能使用易燃的機油或者柴油代替潤滑油。同時潤滑劑必須對挖沙船的密封件有著良好的適應(yīng)性，以防止密封件受到潤滑劑的氧化損壞。
